The power metering is the reason I grabbed this for my water heater, and it's spot-on with my utility readings. Both channels respond instantly in the app, and the cover control mode means it'll also handle my garage door down the line.
Setup took maybe ten minutes in the app, and the two-channel control handles my living room lights and a space heater separately without a hiccup. The power metering is a nice bonus, but what really sold me is the rock-solid 18 A peak for when the kettle and microwave share a circuit.
