The Shelly 1PM is a Wi-Fi operated relay switch designed for smart home control. It features a single channel rated at 16A and includes built-in power metering for energy monitoring.
Took me about 20 minutes to wire into my garage circuit, and the energy monitoring in the app is surprisingly accurate—I can finally see exactly what the old freezer is pulling. Setup was a little fiddly with my router, but once it connected, it’s been rock solid for a week straight.
The 16A rating handles my baseboard heater without breaking a sweat, and the power metering in the app is spot on. It's genuinely nice to watch the wattage drop when the thermostat clicks off.
